DSP Envelopes!

Stampin' Up!'s August Designer Series Paper promotion is in full swing!  Did you order yours yet?  Wondering what you'll do with all of it?  Here's an idea:

ENVELOPES!!!  Thes are graduation invitations I made with my friend Connie.  The young lady graduating wanted the colors lime green, fuscia and orange.   Here's the inside:

The envelope IS the invitation.  The envelope fits standard A2 card.  I just attached the invitation to the back of the envelope and left the flaps open.  The closure is velcro.

Isn't it cute?  Making DSP envelopes are a GREAT way to use all the DSP you can get from this month's special.  The great thing about this envelope is you can turn it to be pouch style as well:

This envelope is the same style as the A2 one, but it is a little larger to accommodate the bulky card I cased from Dawn Olchefske.  The finished size of the envelope is 5x7.  Other than the size, it is exactly the same as the graduation envelope but it folded differently!  Isn't that cool?  Here's a picture of the 5x7 in the regular envelope orientation:

The card is CASEd from my Upline Corene Brown.  Here's the 3x3 version:

I used the retired Sweet Pea paper.  I loved that paper!  Here's the rear view of the envie and inside of the card:

How adorable!  All the envelopes can be configured in regular envelope or pouch style.  I figured out the dimensions for a 5x7 finished envelope (great for cards with embellishments), A2, 5x5, 4x4 and 3x3.  I'm still working on the envelopes for 3 1/2 x 5 and 3x6...just haven't had the opportunity.  These envelopes will be super easy when Stampin Up! debuts a FABULOUS new tool in September!
I hope to do a video for this in the future.
